I found it interesting that some of us use to think that the world was flat. And that when we would reach a certain point in the distant horizon, we would simply fall off into oblivion. Thats where my Myth comes from!

Snail Quail CD

A few months ago, I was given the honor to design a CD cover for a friend from work. They wanted a mix of Phoenix and the outer desert regions. I had an archive of photos of both of these locations. So I layer them and added some color. I am very pleased how it all came together.

I was asked again to design another CD for Green Line Operator. I will be working on this this weekend! This time its illustrations instead of photographs! Looking forward to it.

The Cloud Machine

So I have some good news! I am doing a new CD cover for a friend. Next post I will put the last one I did. I am excited because music itself is art and you get to make art for art.

the hunt for the avocado

I am starting this new blog off with an old story. In California we have some close friends that live off the beach. One day we were outside and I thought I saw something in this tree next to their house. I picked up a football...and for the next hour and a half we proceeded to try and knock down what we believed was an avocado. The part that I find so funny was that it was not known that this was an avocado tree until that day.

I have not made an effort to illustrate as much as I use to. Things will be changing here soon as work goes and I want to make to make every effort to draw as often as possible and post new things when possible!
